Order Processing
Please allow 2-4 days for order processing.
Each Item is made when ordered.
The process of making your order is what we call order processing.
Below, is a more detailed order processing timeline for each item we sell.
Please Note: Processing times and shipping times are separate from one another. Please add the two together to better understand when your order should be received.

When they arrive, they will ship the same business day.
Shipping
Because we need time to process the order, our system is set to automatically send your tracking link 2 days after your order has been sent for processing.
Orders are sent for processing twice daily M-F.

We process each business day at 8am and 1pm est.
We can ship to the United States, Canada & The EU.
We are a United Sates based business, please allow for longer shipping when ordering from the EU or Canada.
Orders take 2-4 days to process plus shipping. Check the FAQ's for your product type for more exact processing dates.
Basic shipping within the United States takes 3-4 days.
Add those two together and that will give you a timeline. Most orders take 1 week.
Of course, you can upgrade your shipping but we still need time to process (or make) your order. Check out the breakdown of processing times per product to get a better idea of what to expect.
Returns and exchanges
Yes but the item must not be used.
Dirty items, items that smell like smoke or items that have been obviously worn will not be accepted and will be subject to a refund or replacement rejection.
Exchanges are done on through our refund/exchanges page.
Please enter your order number and zip code and you can print a label right there.
Please Note:
* An exchange or refund is completed once the product has been shipped back and delivered to our warehouse.
* Please retain your tracking number.
* Please place a note of what you would like for us to take care of. example: exchange for XL or please refund.
* If we are out of stock we will automatically refund.
