Please Note Before Completing a Return or Exchange:

• An exchange or refund is completed once the product has been shipped back and delivered to our warehouse.
• Please retain your tracking number.
• Please place a note of what you would like for us to take care of. For example exchange for XL or please refund.
• Before sending an exchange, please ensure the item you want is available on the shoploungelegends.com website. If we are out of stock we will automatically refund you.
• You have 30 days after date of delivery to return or exchange your item.
• We reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange of an item that has obviously been worn or smells of smoke or perfume.

NOTE: PLEASE only print one label if you are absolutely certain you plan to mail a return. We pay for each label whether it is used or unused. Thank you for this consideration.
